Blog Post Coming Soon on the Mardi Gras Mission Trip

I will be posting soon on our Mardi Gras mission trip.

I must admit, I have a little anxiety about it.

I'm scared I'll forget something. I'm scared I'll try and take an enormous experience and turn it into a few words and I won't do it justice.

Until then, I'll be praying over it.

MISSION STATEMENT

We believe that to be a Christian is to live a radical life....a life that lives to do God's will, to live above society's influence, and to boldly proclaim that Jesus Christ is Sovereign Lord over all. It is our passion and desire to care for those less fortunate: the homeless, the addicts, the abused and the forgotten. To meet the most urgent physical needs such as food and clothing, along with emotional and spiritual support. We believe that true change can only come through a face to face encounter with Jesus Christ. Our ultimate goal is to disciple those we come in contact with so that they can be transformed by God's Word and Spirit to live a new and radical life through Christ.
