URGENT NEED - Heather

URGENT NEED: Heather, single mother of four kids, has a issue with the floors in her mobile home. Moisture seems to be the problem. The floor in her living room is buckling up from moisture damage, and in some areas the sub floor is rotting and falling in. She doesn't have the money to repair it. They are having to stay with her mother because mold and mildew from the moisture is causing them to be sick.
